Does hosted Exchange replace NHSmail?
No. Where your NHS contracts or partners require NHSmail for sharing patient information, keep using it for that. Hosted Exchange runs the rest of your organisation’s business email — suppliers, staff, enquiries and administration.
Where is our email stored?
In UK data centres only — primary copies, replicas and backups — with support delivered by our own staff in the UK. That is written into our data processing agreement.
