Both stay on your device and are never sent to us. The site works without them; you would just be asked again.

Nothing is loaded from Google Analytics until you click Accept analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off. To change your choice, use the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page; rejecting removes these cookies. Our privacy policy explains what the data is used for.
What this site does not do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels. You will not be followed around the internet by an advert for mailboxes.
- No social media trackers or embedded third-party widgets.
- No fingerprinting, session recording or heat mapping.
- No analytics before you choose. Our cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without storing anything on your device.
Third-party requests
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com
and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by
those requests. If you would prefer this not to happen at all, tell us — we hold self-hosted copies of the fonts and
can switch the site over.
The control panel and webmail
This policy covers the marketing website only. The SolidCP control panel and Outlook Web App are separate applications that necessarily set session cookies to keep you signed in. Those are strictly necessary for the service to function.
