Can we book vans and equipment through Outlook?
Yes. Each van, piece of plant or room gets a free resource mailbox with its own calendar. Staff book it like inviting a person to a meeting, and double-bookings can be declined automatically.
What happens if someone loses their phone on site?
You can remotely wipe that mailbox from the phone in the SolidCP control panel. Nobody else is affected, and the mail is still on the server for their replacement phone.
