Genuinely UK-based
UK data centres, a UK-registered company and a UK support team in Birmingham. No offshore first line, no data leaving the country and no timezone lottery when something breaks.
Hosted Exchange in Leeds
Yorkshire businesses running on ageing IMAP hosting, or an on-premises Exchange server that has fallen out of support, are exactly who this platform was built for. Mailboxes are £8.00 + VAT per month with 50 GB of storage, migration is free, and your data stays in UK data centres.
A great many businesses in Leeds are still running email that was chosen a decade ago and never revisited: IMAP mailboxes bundled with a website, an on-premises Exchange server that has slipped out of support, or a Microsoft 365 subscription bought for the mailbox where nobody uses the rest of it.
All three cost more than they look. The IMAP account cannot do a shared calendar, so meeting scheduling happens by email. The ageing Exchange server is a security exposure with a hardware refresh attached. The Microsoft 365 subscription is paying suite prices for a mailbox.
Hosted Exchange fixes the capability problem without the server, and without paying for applications nobody opens. You get a full Exchange organisation — 50 GB mailboxes, shared calendars and contacts, public folders, free shared and room mailboxes, instant push to every phone — at £8.00 + VAT per mailbox, with the administration handed to your own team through SolidCP.
We work with organisations in Leeds and the surrounding towns, including Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, York and Huddersfield. Everything is delivered remotely, so the service is identical wherever you are.

Why local businesses choose us
The same platform, the same price and the same named engineers, wherever your offices are.
UK data centres, a UK-registered company and a UK support team in Birmingham. No offshore first line, no data leaving the country and no timezone lottery when something breaks.
SolidCP hands your IT team the mailbox administration that most providers keep behind a support ticket. Create a mailbox at seven on a Monday morning without asking anyone.
MyExchangeServer is run by E-Consulting Ltd, who have supported British businesses since 1999. You get an email platform and the engineers who understand the network it plugs into.
Eight pounds plus VAT per mailbox, per month. No set-up fee, no minimum term and no per-feature upsell for the things email should already do.
We audit, plan and run the cutover out of hours, then stay on the phone the next morning while everyone opens Outlook. Free with every mailbox you order.
Ring 0121 233 0200 and you reach an engineer who can open a PowerShell session against the server your mailbox is on, not a script reader in a queue.
Switching
Planned in writing, run out of hours, free with every mailbox you order.
We map what you have today: mailbox count and sizes, current provider, DNS, devices, shared calendars, public folders and every line-of-business application that sends email. You get a written migration plan with a fixed date and a rollback position.
We build your Exchange organisation, add your domains, create every mailbox and pre-seed the historic mail while your existing system carries on running. Nobody is disrupted and nothing is switched over yet.
On the agreed evening we lower DNS TTLs, run the final delta sync, move the MX records and reconfigure Outlook profiles. A 25-mailbox organisation is typically finished well before midnight.
An engineer is on the phone from 08:00 the next working day for mobile reconnections, signature tweaks and the inevitable questions about why it looks slightly different. We stay hands-on for the first fortnight.
Questions
The same as everywhere else we operate: £8.00 + VAT per mailbox, per month, including a 50 GB mailbox, shared calendars and contacts, mobile push sync, anti-spam and anti-virus filtering and the SolidCP control panel. We do not price by postcode. Migration is free, there is no set-up fee and there is no minimum term.
Almost never. Provisioning, migration and support are all delivered remotely, and a typical cutover happens overnight without anyone on site. Where a customer wants hands-on help with desktops on the morning after a migration — or prefers a face-to-face review — we arrange it. For businesses in and around Birmingham that is straightforward; further afield we would usually agree it in advance.
In UK data centres, on infrastructure we own and control, with replicas and backups also held in the UK. That applies to every customer regardless of where your offices are. Support is delivered by our own engineers in Birmingham, so nobody outside the United Kingdom handles your mailbox data.
No email is lost. We pre-seed your historic mail into the new mailboxes while your existing system keeps running, so the final cutover only has to move the last few hours of messages. A typical 25-mailbox organisation is migrated in a single evening, out of hours, and an engineer is on the phone from 08:00 the following morning. Migration is free with every mailbox you order.
It depends on what you need. Microsoft 365 Business Standard bundles Teams, SharePoint and the desktop Office apps, and if you use all of that it is good value. If what you actually need is dependable business email with shared calendars, UK data residency, a named engineer who answers the phone, and administrative control that is not mediated by a global ticket queue, hosted Exchange is cheaper and considerably more personal. We will tell you honestly which one suits you, including when the answer is Microsoft 365, which we also resell.
Tell us your mailbox count and current provider. We will send a written quote, a migration plan and a proposed cutover date, usually within one working day.
